📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Implement Lean methodologies to streamline logistics operations and improve efficiency.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and process analysis to identify waste and bottlenecks.
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and measure KPIs to track the impact of Lean initiatives.
- Provide training and support to employees on Lean principles and tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Lean and logistics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean or process improvement roles, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools and techniques, including VSM, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Lean software tools like Minitab or LeanKit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
