📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess vehicle issues using diagnostic tools like OBD-II scanners and vehicle history reports
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service needs and recommend solutions
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective repairs
• Maintain detailed records of service history and customer preferences
• Upsell services and products to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience
• Manage the service advisor schedule and ensure timely service completion

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools like OBD-II scanners and vehicle history reports
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use
