Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist

Based in Lampung Selatan, Lampung, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic industry that values innovation and sustainability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute HSE strategies that minimize risks, optimize resource use, and maintain our commitment to eco-friendly practices. With a salary range of IDR 7.5 million to IDR 12 million per month, this role provides competitive compensation and growth potential for the right candidate.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate workplace hazards
• Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, ensuring compliance with sustainability goals
• Investigate incidents and accidents to prevent recurrence and improve safety protocols
• Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the organization
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Work closely with external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and achieve shared sustainability goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
• Certification in relevant HSE standards, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or OHAS 18001
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, QHSE, or similar
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
