📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
Lead a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial goals are met.
Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting decision-making processes.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions and reconciliations.
Maintain and update financial systems and software, such as SAP or Oracle.
Collaborate with external auditors and advisors to ensure compliance and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
Professional certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
Proven experience in leading a team of finance and accounting professionals.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and local financial regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and mentor team members.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
