📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for Beauty Advisors, focusing on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with industry experts and trainers to ensure training programs are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to enhance the skills and performance of Beauty Advisors.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from Beauty Advisors and customers to make data-driven improvements.
• Stay informed about industry developments, new products, and customer trends to incorporate relevant content into training programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, encouraging Beauty Advisors to seek additional certifications and qualifications.
• Monitor and analyze training program participation and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Beauty Advisors, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them grow professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Beauty, Cosmetology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty training, education, or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, techniques, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
