📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
• Create engaging posts, stories, and videos for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and brand voice.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance.

• Assist in developing content calendars and schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
