📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist the culinary team in preparing and cooking meals, focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including restocking supplies and maintaining accurate records using software like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Support the kitchen manager in scheduling staff, managing payroll, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Train and mentor new kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling, adhering to environmental sustainability practices.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen support or similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with a relevant certification such as ServSafe or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using kitchen management software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian culinary practices and ingredients.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, with good physical stamina.
