📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Develop and maintain performance management systems using tools like SAP SuccessFactors
- Conduct regular employee development assessments and provide feedback
- Collaborate with department heads to align training and development initiatives with company goals
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in organizational development
- Provide HR support to managers and employees on various organizational development matters
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, specifically in organizational development
- Certification in Organizational Development (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
- Proficient in using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
