📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Verify and qualify customer leads within CRM 365.
• Document customer interactions and update records in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Prioritize leads for follow-up based on qualification criteria.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a robust customer database.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Assist in identifying and resolving customer issues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or CRM role.
• Proficient in using CRM 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Salesforce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
