As an Audio Visual Administrator at FINNS Beach Club, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining all AV equipment to ensure flawless performances and events. You’ll work closely with our event planners and performers to ensure that every detail is perfect, from sound quality to lighting effects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain all AV equipment including sound systems, projectors, and lighting systems.
• Ensure seamless operation of AV systems during events, performances, and parties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Work with event planners and performers to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technology and industry trends.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
• Monitor and maintain AV equipment inventory and perform regular maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with the club’s management team to plan and execute technical upgrades and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV system management and maintenance.
• Proficient in using industry-standard AV equipment and software, such as Extron, Crestron, or similar systems.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Certification in AV system installation and maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with event planning and production is a plus.
