📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tourism destination management, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning and implementation.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
