As a Canvasser Merchant Engagement at Staffinc Group, you'll be responsible for visiting local businesses, understanding their needs, and presenting the benefits of joining GoFood. You'll use your sales acumen to negotiate terms, and your strong communication skills to build relationships with merchants. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with local merchants to understand their needs and present the benefits of joining GoFood.
• Use persuasive sales techniques to negotiate terms and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service to address any concerns or issues merchants may have.
• Track and report on your sales performance and merchant engagement activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your sales and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and learn from colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food delivery or retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
