As a Customer Service Assistant at Watsons, you’ll be the face of our brand, assisting customers with their health and beauty needs. You’ll handle transactions, provide product recommendations, and resolve customer inquiries with a smile. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 4,000,000 - Rp 6,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, transactions, and inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock and organize products according to store standards.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Promote Watsons’ products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of health and beauty products.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
