📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the hotel’s infrastructure, including roads, walkways, drainage systems, and parking facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities meet safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans in collaboration with our team of engineers and contractors.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance projects.
• Monitor and maintain the hotel’s building management system (BMS) to ensure optimal energy efficiency and performance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for civil engineering projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the hotel’s maintenance team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in civil engineering to continuously improve our maintenance practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to Bali.
• Proficiency in using civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Building Management Systems (BMS) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
