As a Marketing and Operations Assistant at AERIIS, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our marketing campaigns on track and our operations running efficiently. You'll assist in creating and managing marketing materials, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring our inventory and logistics are well-managed. This role offers a unique blend of marketing and operational skills, providing a comprehensive view of how our brand operates and grows.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Support the marketing team in creating and managing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Manage inventory and logistics, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.
• Assist in the analysis of marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Support the operations team in managing customer orders and ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Assist in the coordination of events and promotions, including setup, execution, and follow-up.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and operations teams, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or operations, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management and logistics software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
