KINETIC Dinamis is looking for a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Mempawah.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.,Maintain and update IT systems and networks.,Monitor system performance and resolve any issues that arise.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.,Document all IT-related issues and solutions for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience with cloud computing platforms.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.Familiarity with project management tools.Ability to work in a remote environment.
