Berkah Indra Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the restaurant, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the restaurant, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Monitor and control expenses to ensure the restaurant operates within budget.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of success in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
