📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food quality and safety by following hygiene and safety protocols.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Prepare and maintain food inventory and stock levels.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
