📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.,Support the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and discipline.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
