📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain vehicle records, including maintenance schedules and service history.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.,Oversee fuel management and ensure vehicles are refueled according to schedule.,Manage vehicle insurance and registration documents, ensuring they are up-to-date.,Assist in the planning and coordination of vehicle deployment for company events and activities.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the fleet manager in achieving operational goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
