Duta Maya Spareparts is seeking a dedicated Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with the Training Manager to ensure that our training initiatives are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the Training Manager to design and implement training initiatives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to employees during training sessions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.,Ensure that all training activities comply with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel to various locations within Indonesia as required.
