📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Manage the recruitment pipeline and track progress to ensure timely hiring.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Proven track record in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
