📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.,Maintain and update applicant databases and tracking systems.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support during recruitment drives and job fairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Bilingual in English and Indonesian is a plus.
