📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's telemarketing operations, including call scripts, databases, and CRM systems.,Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.,Monitor and report on call performance and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support their initiatives and campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
