📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote our auto service offerings.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and customer service.,Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
