📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and grow a portfolio of retail clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
