📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions,Provide assistance to the finance team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in both English and Indonesian
