In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to support data-driven decision making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
