📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store crew members to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications are a plus.
