PT Maritim Wardhana is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the premises.,Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.,Maintain and operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarms.,Interview and screen visitors to ensure they are authorized to enter the premises.,Prepare and maintain security reports and logs.,Collaborate with other security personnel and management to ensure a safe and secure environment.,Enforce company security policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in security guard duties.,Good physical fitness and the ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Valid security guard certification or license is a plus.,Knowledge of basic first aid is a plus.
